FDTI Consulting declares that the company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations entered into force. Companies dealing with data must now ensure optimal data protection at all times and be able to demonstrate it by documenting their compliance.
In view of its activity, FDTI Consulting may need to process personal data collected and processed by its customers. The following elements are intended to define internal processing rules at FDTI Consulting and guarantee compliance with personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
In all of its activities, FDTI Consulting considers the protection of personal data to be fundamental and strives as soon as possible to anonymize all the data it processes and to ensure the non-disclosure of data outside the reference legal frameworks.
The data processed by FDTI never leaves the European Union and is not subject to any jurisdiction outside the European Union.
Our host OVH France is located in France and hosts our services in France. Therefore they are not subject to the Cloud Act
Except in special cases, FDTI Consulting does not need personal data to carry out its missions. FDTI Consulting therefore asks its clients not to send it any personal data. In the event of unexpected receipt of personal data, FDTI Consulting will directly destroy this data and notify the sender.
Some personal data may be useful for identification purposes. In this case, FDTI Consulting will ask the data provider to pseudonymize this data. FDTI Consulting will support this pseudonymization.
In the event that the sender hasn't the technical capacities or the human capacities to carry out this pseudonymization in his environment, FDTI Consulting will take care of it. Only one person within FDTI Consulting will therefore have access to this personal data, in order to pseudonymize it and distribute this pseudonymized data within FDTI Consulting.
All personal data used in the context of our work is thus stored in a secure space and respects the consent given by the persons concerned. All this data is then permanently deleted, following the studies and processing necessary for the conduct of our various projects.
